Mocha with layered effect
Mocha: Normally, a latte blended with chocolate. This is not to be confused with the region of Yemen or the coffee associated with that region (which is often seen as 1/2 of the blend “mocha java”).
Some baristas like to maintain the layering effect (pictured), but I prefer to mix the drink for customers. They’ll just have to do it anyway and mixing it for them saves them time.
