With espresso recipes, it’s best if you mix the melt-able ingredients in the espresso shot glass (or whatever you use), then extract the espresso into the mix.Unless stated otherwise in the recipe.
Make sure to immediately rinse the container with hot water before extracting more espresso shots into it.
